Hi Curtis: It is a pleasure to fill out the questionnaire. Nicole
and Jesse, Buddy and I, and judging by the dance floor and the
smiling faces, our guests -- I can say with confidence, that Jim
was a very important ingredient in making the ambiance of the
evening fun while keeping it classy. When you have guests with
such a varied age span, it can be difficult to keep everyone happy.
Jim did that. Kudos to you and your fantastic staff! Take care,
and have a wonderful summer. Carlene (P.S. This includes Nicole's
input. ) …ALWAYS informative, pleasant, reassuring, calm,
and upbeat. Jim was right on top of everything. He is so personable
and talented. Jim was so cool without having the wedding become
"all about Jim". We have been told that people who do
not usually dance, became familiar with the dance floor that evening.
He read the crowd very well.

Curtis, it was a pleasure working with you and DJ Jim Utterback.
Below are a few bits of feedback I have from our wedding. Overall
a very good experience and I would highly recommend your company
to anyone. Curtis is very easy very responsive, cooperative, adaptable
and a blast of positive energy! Jim is very professional and overall
nice guy. I thought that he was playing a few too many slow songs,
but he nailed everything else correctly and smoothly, despite
the difficulty he was faced with in getting to our event (due
to floods & traffic back-up; uncontrollable circumstances)

My name is Lorraine Dondero and I had Katelyn Dondero’s
graduation party on Friday, June 9th. I want to tell you that
when the people left that night they said that Jim was the best
DJ they ever saw. He made the night a memory that we will never
forget! He was so gracious, polite, fun, entertaining, exciting.
Participated in everything! He was the very best and I felt terrible
that I never got to thank or tip him!!!!!! I cannot say enough
good things about Jim! I have a very big family and they have
had lots and lots of DJ’S but everyone agrees, he is the
best!!!!!

choice of songs all night long. We had a blast and so did our
guests. We couldn't believe how well you improvised the music

Curtis, you rock. I always jump up and say "I'll get the
DJ" for any event because I know what a pleasure it will
be:) Jim was great. Very nice personality... Loved his suit! It
showed his efforts. He knew when to do what, and never came on
to strong. I love that in a DJ. Great music selection, and even
went out of his way to find the birthday girl. I would strongly
recommend Jim! The real question, would Jim come back? We were
a little rowdy at the end!!!!! Just kidding. Take care, Curtis.

Staff was professional and willing to accommodate our needs and
listened closely to what we wanted our event to be like. The staff
was diligent and proactive in checking back with us rather us
having to contact you. That was a huge problem with other DJs,
which is why we went with you. You simply called us back! Also,
you had records of our meetings and made us feel important and
listened to. Jim was great to work with. He was willing to meet
with us on his off day to accommodate our needs. He also listened
to what we wanted and tried as best as possible meet our needs.
He provided a lot of ideas, whether it was the music or organization
of the event, without being pushy and understanding that we had
our vision and that his ideas were to color the event and not
transform it. Jim had a great pulse to what the guests were looking
for in terms of the music based on the mood of the guests. He
also took the time to familiarize himself with the itinerary we
made and made adjustments as needed to make the event more enjoyable.
He also took the time to rehearse the written scripts we had given
to him to announce for the wedding party entrance, which was a
big part of our ceremony. On the day of the event, Jim listened
to our suggestions and made the adjustments promptly and efficiently.
Jim was very enthusiastic about the event and looked like as well
that he was enjoying the event which rubbed off positively to
the guests. Although there was a 15 minute window of some slow
down time between meal servings, Jim was able to step in and make
adjustments with suggestions from the bride and groom (parent
cha cha dance) that were not on the original itinerary. Soon,
the spirits were back up and the event was back on track. Overall,
the DJ experience was excellent. From start to finish, an experience
that can be very time consuming and headache bound, was far from
that, and we felt in good hands and treated professionally and
respectfully. We felt like a true client whose business was appreciated,
welcomed and important--feelings hard to come by in this same
combination at once in many of today's business services. Thanks

Every time I had a question or needed to talk to you about something
you were right there and you answered every question that I had
and it was all very helpful!!! He made the party!!! The games
that he played got everyone up and out of their seats. People
are still talking about him and how he was so much fun and by
far the best DJ they had ever seen. I would definitely use him
for any event. The wedding is next and you bet that I would want
no one else but Jim to be my DJ for that big event!!! I felt that
he did everything and beyond what he could do to make the event
the best that it could be. It's true a DJ can really make or break
the event and in this case Jim brought this event to a home run
success. Thank you so much for connecting me with Jim I am pleased
with the entire night. There wasn't one person who didn't comment
on his great performance that night. I sent over your way a lot
of referrals and I felt great about doing it!!!! Thanks again

We may be planning a family Christmas party this year and will
definitely give you a call if it happens. Excellent customer service...I
felt like we were your most important customer! He was a great
DJ and we are very thankful for his help with our family's slide

with us that night he was great-he probably could understand that
we don’t have a chance to get out that often!) He played
the country music like we asked and handled all the suggestions

Curtis, Jim U was an amazing D. J. with such short notice and
made such a hot and hectic day cool and beautiful with the music.
He did an absolutely fabulous job! The fun bouquet toss and garter
toss was particularly crowd pleasing. The music at the ceremony
was just heavenly! He also recommended John Lennon's "Grow
Old Along with Me" for our last dance (yes, we were quite
the last minute couple) since the sundial in the garden where
we got married had that quote. It was very touching! We would

- The "Be Our Guest" was perfect. Along with all of
